Pros

Great atmosphere. Endless benefits ranging from cheap insurance to discounts with other companies. Upper management is big on coaching instead of treating you like you're disposable. They look at their employees as an investment.

Cons

A lot of contradicting expectations. There is always a strong pressure from every angle, and sometimes it gets very overwhelming.

Cons

Sales driven environment. Students are account for a big part of (irresponsible) employees.
