Pros

Flexi-working, flex-benefits, work life balance

Cons

Constant restructuring of management team and lay offs, lack of transparency, no increment and stagnant pay, medical benefits not great, lack of collaboration across different teams within the bank, leaders lacking job knowledge with no directions, blaming culture.

Pros

Remuneration is decent. Well established processes.

Cons

Every year there is lay-off. Hence if you are in your mid 40s, not recommended to join this company as high risk of losing your job.

Pros

Nice kitchen, good amount of vacation days, hybrid

Cons

Benefits are just okay, management is disorganized and no accountability is taken for bad managers
