Many people are lovely human beings. Very flexible on hybrid work options or complete work from home/office. Good place for people who are content to “go with the flow” of the company and to just execute. Good camaraderie and solidarity at most country-level offices/teams Bank is generally supportive of opportunities to move within and to other geographies

Cons

Not for anyone seeking a fast paced environment. Not for folks seeking a logical reason for “why” things are done a certain way or “why” some decisions are made Work life balance varies tremendously between teams and departments.
