      A majority of the people I worked with were extremely incompetent and provided no value to the company except making their underlings do useless things, constantly restructuring, building things that nobody uses, and full of people from a certain country. Bosses don't protect their team.

      Lots of AL and able to have a choice to cash out employee benefit $$

      - commission was over exaggerated during interview. Hiring managers and recruiters did not mention the difficulty to even close a case - scb is client's last choice as criteria to onboard or to get a loan is way too high yet the interest rate offered to client is higher than other banks - no proper system and guidance. Everything is manual and lots of paper are wasted when they are advertising to go green - toxic environment. People in the office are very gossipy and some seniors tend to bully or look down on juniors - even if there are leads, they are not distributed fairly - some managers are abusive, sarcastic and manipulative
