As always the people around me were lovely and built some good relationships. There was so great trainers too and enjoyed doing courses.
Cons
A culture of laziness and no accountability at a senior management Director level. Bless you for everything you gave and it was never good enough, even if you were a high earner.

Salary was high to get you in the door. Also overly generous commission scheme for the first 6 months for the same reason. Being part of The Adecco Group also has benefits eg. retail discounts, free tennis tickets, etc...
Cons
Essentially the Melbourne office is run by a narcissist. He will be your best friend while it serves his purpose but is only really only worried how he is perceived and will always put himself first. Almost every Manager in the business has resigned (along with many others) and the team has gone from 25 down to about 10. Also, management expects you do to plenty of BD but never do any themselves. This is a sinking ship you don't want to get on!

Really friendly management, they get to know you rather than just being a number.. good office culture, good training can't complain

If you were hoping to be lazy probably the wrong place.. and career.

Good Commission Structure and reasonable Senior Management especially the Head of Singapore office is a great manager and runs his team with compassion, understanding and trust.
Cons
Nothing in particular, its a sales role and no sales role is perfect.

Poor management style, totally KPIs driven, managers with a bad habit of micro managing the team. Huge lack of direction and very poor company culture. You are treated as a number.

1. Internal management process is not organised 2. No systematic training for junior consultant, hence suitable for experienced executive search consultant wanting to earn high commision
