As always the people around me were lovely and built some good relationships. There was so great trainers too and enjoyed doing courses.

Cons

A culture of laziness and no accountability at a senior management Director level. Bless you for everything you gave and it was never good enough, even if you were a high earner.

Best commissions compared to any recruitment firms in Malaysia Great on the job training Management will not give up on you as long as they see passion and ambition Sense of belonging and empowerment Director - Uses logic to empower employees. Never uses emotions. Very low turnover rate. Strong family culture in the company. Opportunities to train overseas and meet consultants from APAC region in one country.

Cons

They always run out of milk in the pantry. On a serious note, this company is not for someone who wants to clock in and clock out. Your desk is your business. All the resources that you will ever need for recruitment is given to you on a silver plate. For people who do not appreciate every resources given, and bring negativity, may not survive in this company.
