      Pros

      The networking its really amazing. You can meet interesting people from different industries. You develop many negociation skills and different sales strategies. The team its really profesional and they are always searching to help you. I loved everything about the company, it a great school for being headhunter

      Cons

      They need to be more agresives with the marketing strategy because they are a new brand In México. The biggest challenge they have its to beat the biggest firms of headhunting.

      Archaic systems and beurocracy

      Some really good people work there Office location great Job security unlike some more cut throat recruitment orgs.

      Cons

      The company culture is definitely 'old school' recruitment. Lots of early 30 something's in 3 piece suits. lots of KPIs which are logged in pen on a white board, and lots of 'dial dial dial' with very little emphasis on quality. Distinct lack of internal training and coaching. There are 'favourites' in the team and management make that very obvious. I would even go as far to say as there is a bullying culture. It's not obvious but constant targeting of individuals who usually just laugh it off, on a daily basis, is tantamount to bullying and it's something I only realised having left. The favourites are given accounts to run and don't have to do new business development. The systems they use are from the 1980's and make you not want to use them properly. 'Coding candidates'- just awful. Very sexist office environment at times- I received comments every week.

      Amateur 'face fits' culture

      Pros

      As always the people around me were lovely and built some good relationships. There was so great trainers too and enjoyed doing courses.

      Cons

      A culture of laziness and no accountability at a senior management Director level. Bless you for everything you gave and it was never good enough, even if you were a high earner.
