      Big customers and interesting projects in digitalization area

      Cons

      no or small bonus. You know at the very last minute if your contract with a customer is renewed or not. You have not much visibility on what you will do in few months depending on the project you are working on.

      Possibilità di entrare a contatto con bravi sviluppatori perché ci lavorano tante, tante persone, anche se per poco tempo.

      Cons

      La struttura cerca di essere organizzata come una realtà di prodotto, con chapter, agile etc. solo a parole. Di fatto, quello che vi verrà chiesto è di lavorare in fretta e male così al cliente costa meno.

      Incompetent management, bad relationship with customers and people, they make excuses for not working and making others work, they justify everything with trips and meetings, absent in times of need, rude.
