Pros
The company is growing very fast. Decently good place to start as a (low paid) junior if you land in the right group The environment is informal and the people are pretty decent
Cons
- Management is confused and mostly looking like wild dogs driven only by very personal goals - Big projects usually end up being catastrophic - Chances for personal growth are too much political - People are mainly perceived like cannon fodder - HR is pretty much naive, usually acritically trying to replicate practices from other companies or manuals, without even trying to follow and manage it
