Pros

ServiceNow is a fast-paced, demanding, but exciting company to work for. The people are smart and great to work with and the company is at the cutting edge of some cool technology.

Cons

You are held to stringent deadlines and metrics, particularly if you are customer facing. If you can't handle that, they don't hang on to dead weight.

There's always something happening at ServiceNow. The company experiences constant change and there are lots of people coming and going, new roles are being created. The product is amazing and the momentum is great.

Cons

Fast growth means fast changes. This can involve systems, people and organisational structure. This is not the company for you if you have a need for stability.
