Culture and the people are very open to teaching and sharing knowledge to make each other better. It is rare to find that in a competitive market.

Cons

Designed promotion paths which would help engineers work towards a career goal.

Pros

Great platform to work on, Fred Luddy had it right back in 2004 obviously! It's flexible, rewarding and fun to work in the ServiceNow environment. Also, the ServiceNow instance and the community around ServiceNow are great!

Cons

Managers; - too many brought in from old company structures - condescending attitude towards employees - doesn't recognize talent and effort
