      Pros

      Good technicians, steelmaking, tooling, and mining equipment mfg capabilities. Excellent benefits if you were able to join prior to 1998. The pension is now closed for those outside Sweden

      Cons

      It appears that the company going to be broken up. As a result, people are being very conservative and not making time sensitive decisions. Good people are fleeing as top management has moved into a palace of a headquarter building and Olaf is installing his cronies.

      Flexible with time off. Minimal experience needed. Good stepping stone to better employment. Toe the company line and you have a job for life, any other weaknesses or failings will be overlooked.

      Cons

      Hard work and initiative not recognized. Culture of yes men. Salary well below industry standard. Incompetent management.
