      Pros

      The VP was always getting involved in safety issues. He would get involved personally and talk with all people involved even if it was a minor incident. I found him to be sincere in making sure that the people he=ad the proper tools and received the right training to not just reduce but to eliminate accidents/

      Cons

      The company is very cyclical based on mining needs so we worked all the time for years and then we would be lucky to keep people busy.
