Opportunities to be exposed to many different ways of working. A very diverse organisation with many talented people. They do what they say they will do.

Cons

Decisions made were not always for the greater good. Politics and restructuring created uncertainty and it was generally done in an in-cohesive manner due to the complicated matrix structure of the organisation.
