      Family oriented, people very friendly and helpful. Has lots of potential if properly managed.

      Cons

      Too much wastages and uncontrolled expenses. Cost cutting seems to be the buzz word and there is no plan in pace to reach that goal rather than just cutting head counts. The savings could very well be made elsewhere if they start thinking smarter,

      It is fantastic that The Board realized the Olaf was an empty, entitled stooge. When Olaf made his introductory tour in 2011, he said that change was needed because the Sandvik share was underperforming. He proceeded to crash the share and scramble the company. This guy should never run another company - he views himself as royalty when he is more like Ronald McDonald. Company history will log his tenure as a terrible mistake.

      Cons

      New Sandvik CEO is an unknown entity. Hopefully, he is of the "old school" Sandvik cloth.
