Amazing work culture, the entire organization is motivated and works towards unified goals as well as team goals. Really enjoyed working here.

Cons

Nothing really. You may sometimes have a lot of work to do, but that may be a pro instead of a con for many people. Sometimes you are limited to your own area of work and cannot move to another.
