Pros

Good leave and other benefits. Work life management depends at which office you are working. Sandvik overseas are outstanding in wok life balance however Indian offices lacks due to our own attitude towards life. Sandvik is into high technology engineering but you can only enjoy the flavor if you are in Europe, not from India.

Cons

Poor Indian leadership runs on personal biasing and regional inclinations. Growth is very limited in India. Pay package is not standardized based on job grade it depends on how close you are with your manager. limited technical exposure if you are working India. Same is outstanding in Europe.
