      Usually regular days, few surprises, you can almost be sure to be out of the office by 5 pm.

      Cons

      Management does not realise that some employees crave opportunities for development, professional and personal growth. Extremely short-term thinking.

      Decent pay with good benefits. Sales force is outstanding and work hard to keep the company profitable.

      Cons

      Depending on location, it can be rewarding or devastating. If you have worth, you are honored. If there comes a time you are not needed or liked, you will be treated accordingly.

      Good policies.... great to see a typical sweedish multinational... really impressed on emphasis on the baselines of safety first etc... It also taught me how to do business with great ethics and standards

      Cons

      No long term plan espicially on mining business... lot of internal politics and favourism in Bangalore design center.... be careful before joining espicially Bangalore design center Coz the level of work is not too technical and one can be easily lost in internal politics. And there is no two year or three year carrear plans for any individual.
