      culture is fake, we pretend to be a big caring family until jobs are cut in the most ruthless way, micromanagement is part of the Sales culture, very top down approach to team management

      Pros

      Great position on the market against competition, great overall company values, products (the Customer Success Platform) are really good and compelling. Salesforce is abslutely one of top employer in the world. I work every day with amazing talented colleagues in a super stimulating international context . Salesforce also runs some of the most exiting events in the IT scenario like Dreamforce, Connections that with some luck you will have the chance to attend. You will use and sell cutting edge technologies and you will have the chance to learn and grow fast.

      Cons

      Management on mid market division is poor and not aligned with company values in managing relations both with employees and customers. If you are interviewing with Salesforce in italy ensure the position will be within the Enterprise team.
