Business Outlook
Pros
Solidsoft staff are great, really supportive, hard working, decent, good professionals. The office is decent enough with good facilities - canteen, gym, kitchen and the grounds are lovely for a walk at lunchtime.
Cons
Solidsoft Management team are aloof, have no emotional intelligence, treat the staff like livestock, don't fulfill their promises, start things which are never completed (pillers), do not consider themselves accountable and their communication skills are totally lacking. The company does not even pay well. Culture and values are great in theory, shame they aren't applied in practice (pillers!)
