      Innovative and dynamic workplace, full of techies and young people. On the job trainings and social networking initiatives: funny & interestin g, you can be updated on most innovative tech topics. Important clients, growing company.

      As Reply is growing, processes can be improved cross countries. Perks can be improved

      Solidsoft - Good people, good experience, not much else though.

      Pros

      - Great, experienced, supportive people. - A lot of cutting edge technology (Azure etc) - Variety of work - On the whole pay quite well, ymmv. - Nice office, nice chairs, good gear etc

      Cons

      - Management are unorganized and a out of touch. Communication is poor and the mindset is rather traditional. - Your experience will vary dramatically by project. (This could be a pro?) - No perks, conferences, training (outside of microsoft box ticking) etc. Probably because none of these are immediately externally billable. - Not agile.

      Exciting and entrepeneurial culture, based on the concept of a network group of companies specialising in different types of technologies across the globe.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic at a group level, but this is to be expected in an organisation which has grown so much in recent years.
