Pros
Stability, job security, lots of different career directions to go in. It is good to work for a tax and advisory company when so many financial companies are in trouble. Company also gives you the ability to work from just about any location you want given the size of the company
Cons
Long hours without additional pay or financial compensation. With billable hours and having to account for every 15 minutes of your day the environment can be stressful like a law practice without the compensation lawyers re receiving. My management group do not seem to be that competent but they have been their forever. There are many things PwC does wrong but because many individuals have only worked for PwC they don't know what it is like at other companies. The say work life balance but you will not get it at PwC.
