Pros
You get a great chance to gain exposure to many different clients. This helps you build a network not only internally but externally as well. Fantastic expose to different level of management. Chances to observe and detect growth within your own work are frequent. People enjoy life and arent always miserable. Free Cell Phones as well as the chance to work from home on most Fridays make it easy to feel somewhat comfortable Detailed and long performance structure that help give everyone at least a chance to progress within the firm to the level they wish to go to. Easy to communicate with management.
Cons
Bonus structure is horrible and compensation is low. As hard as you work, you still may not get compensated. Way too much fluff from most of the partnership. They avoid confrontation at all costs and are almost laughable when it comes to bringing conflict to their attention. They need to make sure that they bring together their ideas more. Also a lot of people who are arrogant at the associate and senior associate level. No cohesion, people are just worried about themselves and that affects client delivery at times. People at PwC really need to embrace conflict and change more rather than just settle.
