40% discount off leather goods and 50% off everything else.

Cons

Very autocratic management which meant the store had a high labour turnover. High pressure due to the environment. Poor business culture

Pros

Pay is great (The only way they can attract some normal/talented employees) Discount is good, end of season sale, outlet discount is fun (30-70%) Benefits are good, most positions are Full Time Most of the Sales Associates you become great friends with and makes the workday go by quicker Full uniform (suit+shoes+shirts+sweater+belt+pant+tie) Twice per year Brand name definitely looks good on your resume, somewhat prestigious still... Product is great and mostly Italian made

Cons

MANAGEMENT!!! Some of the most horrible, disgusting and inexperienced people I have ever come in contact with. Seriously from the VP to the Department Managers these people really don't understand luxury retail or anything about employee relations and retention. They keep losing all the respected managers, HR team, buyers, VPs and sales associates and replacing them with department store clowns with no experience. Corporate does not value anything you do unless you make your numbers. Goals are unachievable and sometimes you don't get your goal till your'e in the 3rd week of the month. Very poor communication. Company is in free fall, LY numbers are never met and they put all the pressure on the sales associates to double the annual volume of the boutique. They keep opening outlets and concessions and wonder why the boutiques are losing business... They are killing the brand and making the product available everywhere. No technology whatsoever... Old/Slow computers, everything is done old school and outdated making your job much more difficult and simple tasks become very time consuming. Company does not invest in older boutiques. My store was a total overlook, stepchild and was referred to as a glorified warehouse at times. Tired/sad interior, dirty carpets, broken tables and shelves that cut your hands.
