      Pros

      Worldwide company. If you are patient you can make a good career. It can take you 5 years to get promoted. There is always trainings for the team to keep informed about the collection and how to do an excellent customer service.

      Cons

      The brand is loosing prestigious. As the customers are not buying as they used to, the directors think its a staff fault.

      It is good money and benefits.

      Cons

      The whole management crew need a extreme makeover. There were so many mix signals and favoritism that you cant even. This was my dream job and one of the biggest heartbreaks. They only care about numbers.

      Pros

      I have been a full time employee at Prada USA for more than 3 years and all I can say is wonderful things about where I worked. My team is great, we are all like family to each other and best of all we have a wonderful management that took care of the team. I enjoy going to work.

      I wish they let us work more hours
