Great place to work - Rank 58 Growth and Career development (80% of the retail operations team comprising of Regional , Area , Cluster Managers - started as store managers at Puma) Puma India is priority country for Puma Global - continuous expansion and growth . Continuous Training and development programs in India and at Europe Puma is in the right category of Athleisure (Athleisure category is seeing market-beating growth, with an expected CAGR of 20-25% in the next five years

      Good people. Lots of opportunities for entry level employees. Looks good on the resume.

      Cons

      If you work in product, expect your teams to be constantly understaffed and mismanaged.

      Pros

      Fun and fast work environment. Lot's of freedom to take ownership on projects. Flat hierarchies. Really cool product and nice discounts.

      Cons

      Not the most structured company in terms of processes.
