      Pros

      Management did their best at a time the store was going through a lot of changes. Daniel, the Store Manager was very invested, interested and passionate about the company and that of course is always motivating.

      Cons

      Resistance to diversity. POC employee count was a topic, and that was truly disappointing. There was diversity, but calculated.

      Pros

      - Social benefit - Location and offices - Flair and name of the brand

      Cons

      - Career opportunities in IT are almost non-existent if you don't want to stay there for 10 - 15 years - Tasks are not interesting or challenging - There are no programs for individual advancement - Salary and salary increases are very meager for the IT sector - No external training other than LinkedIn learning - Sustainability only takes place on paper and in communication, yet fast fashion is sold and the department flies around the world for a few days for meetings and trade fairs. - You think you have an agile structure but then you have 5 management levels and a hierarchical structure where the team boss gives you the tasks.
