Pros

This truely is a company where the personality of the employee counts! Work is not just about work but also about fun, spirit, friendship and achieving great things together. Not to mention all the perks you get as a PUMA employee: great discounts, nice and modern offices, work from home opportunities (not just because of Covid-19), flextime and a very good canteen. Since working for PUMA I wake up in the morning and am happy to be able to go to work!

Cons

Nothing really to complain about!

Pros

Of all the companies I've worked for, Puma is the only one that I actually look forward to going into the office every work day. They put a lot of effort into treating employees well. Between the complimentary coffee daily, ice cream truck visits, or flexible work schedule, it's nice to work for a company that cares about keeping customers and employees happy.

Cons

Not exactly a con, but there's a retail store in the building, and for shopaholics like myself it's hard to resist visiting daily. The only feedback I'd like to offer is regarding training. They have a great training program, however when I began working my actual position, I felt a little lost. I wish I could have shadowed someone for a few days until I felt more comfortable.
