      Poor Management - Lack of Professionalism

      Pros

      Nice Office WFH opportunities every now and then Salary reasonable

      Cons

      Due to downsizing of the company a lot of people are made redundant Poor Management - Not focused on training and development of the staff No progression Lack of Professionalism - Rude atmosphere and very poor communication No acknowledgement or recognition on working overtime and long hours

      Smoothly work hours and so great people to work with, with good support with health and other benefits for you and your family

      Rising you due your experience day after day, and put your smile on day night where ever you go you can see happiness

      Pros

      Co workers were all a great bunch of people and working alongside them was a pleasure. The office is close to the Ferry Building and access to public transportation and restaurants is great.

      Cons

      The HR department is difficult to work with and employees often feel afraid to speak their minds. The level of benefits such as in office supplied meals, after work get togethers and such is not at the same level as other tech firms. In fact it is mostly nonexistent. The management is old school, so one best be prepared to work from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, whether it is the most efficient manner for the company and employee or not.
