The HR department is difficult to work with and employees often feel afraid to speak their minds. The level of benefits such as in office supplied meals, after work get togethers and such is not at the same level as other tech firms. In fact it is mostly nonexistent. The management is old school, so one best be prepared to work from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, whether it is the most efficient manner for the company and employee or not.
