Pros

Pay IT hourly, remote work.

Cons

Constant layoffs, little to no raises/promotions even as the company reports record profits. Keep in mind their sponsorship of the Red Bull Racing F1 team was for $550 million for 2024 alone.

Pros

- Great salary & benefits - Great networking opportunities. - Clients are a joy to work with. - Experience with multiple EMR solutions.

Cons

- Management does not respond. - Training new associates falls to experienced associates who were often too busy to do so. - Solution documentation is often incomplete or out-dated. - On call responsibilities fluctuate, include weekends and holidays, and are 24 hours ranging from a week to a few months depending on team availability. - You are expected to have working knowledge of other Cerner solutions outside of your field.
