- Work from home opportunity - Stable company even through recession - Certain job levels are non-exempt which were exempt before, this means your eligible for overtime which is a great perk. - Can learn new product and skill sets, vast variety of opportunities there. - Good Medical/Dental plan - Unlimited Sick Days, don't have to take out from PTO
Cons
- Lack of job growth (get your money at the door) - Lack of bonuses - Vacation days are few compared to other companies - Performance appraisals are dismal, rarely any change in pay from when you sign on.
