Pros

You are encouraged to pursue learning through a wide range of resources, both within the company and through external subscriptions, provided you can make time for it. The benefits are fairly standard, which may be attributed more to the provider than to Oracle itself. The Employee ESPP program stands out as better than the 401 (k) plan, which is excellent.

Cons

Executives often claim that people are the most valuable asset and that everyone is needed to help the company move forward, phrases frequently heard at all-hands meetings. However, in April 2026, I found myself suddenly logged out of Slack and the company VPN, with only a single email informing me that the services were no longer needed. I had customer meetings scheduled for that day, but there was no way to notify them—they were simply left without any communication. This demonstrated a lack of respect for both employees and the customers we had supported for months during their implementations. My advice to anyone considering joining is to learn as much as you can, pursue the education you need, and then seek opportunities at a company that truly values and respects you.

Pros

Love problem solving Software application Service Requests and working on projects. I enjoy assisting colleagues as well. I always want to improve the support process.

Cons

Last few years Oracle has not valued existing employees that have years of knowledge instead hiring unqualified people who are not lasting more then a year.
