Great benefits, huge portfolio and internal move opportunities (probably the widest in the market spanning accross HW, Cloud Iaas/Paas, Saas, middleware and application SW, specific Business Unit solutions (retail, Finance, Oil&Gas etc)
Cons
Lot of internal competition and fragmentation between Line of Businesses, difficult to achieve quota in cloud LoBs, hard discontinuity due to every fiscal year change, lack of sales empowerment.
