Pros

Industry presence and long term strength

Cons

Not competitive on pay and benefits after being there for years; slow to move; forces mandatory trainings that are worthless and does not provide necessary training to work with its supposedly "integrated" products.

Pros

Good sales training, salary was decent, paid overtime. Good benefits package, enjoyed working with those on my team, a lot of really smart people. In my opinion, Oracle's training is so good that it will make it really easy to impress another employer allowing you to escape the nightmare that is working for Oracle, if you so choose.

Cons

In my opinion, the culture at Oracle is worse than what everyone says it is. Some of the reasons I left were because I had a manager who was a bully, there were no annual raises, and there was no clear path for career growth. It was a very depressing, draining job that offered very little reward beyond the initial training I received. You are seen as an expendable number at Oracle and are not valuable in any way, as far as what I experienced.
