Very relaxed and friendly environment , no work pressure, no strict time logging, flexible leave options, frequent team outings

Cons

Very less pay compared to industry standards, no bonus, they don't follow a yearly hike calendar . Not a very technical role , will be involved in a lot of documentation work . Very less work , BU policy keeps changing frequently. Nothing much to learn from this place
