Good work life balance Decent pay Surprisingly easy communication between Field and HQ for a big company Oracle cloud has lot’s of potential I’ve had good luck with my managers I’ve had so far which has made me stick around.

Cons

Getting a raise is next to impossible even while exceeding objectives in multiple years in a row. Current shared quota model not very motivating, minimal impact from personal success to payout. Oracle brand perception is quite bad and mostly limited to only database.
