      Pros

      Introduction to the Octopus Team has been brilliant. They are keen to see that you are settled and are kitted out with all you need to do the job. They engage with modern tools, a lot of which is new to me, but I’m learning that as I go.

      Cons

      It is a bit of a remotely placed job throughout the south west, so may not physically see other team members in person all the time… however, there is a lot of digital engagement, so if you know and accept that up front, it’s not really an issue.
