Pros

Senior leadership show strength and good direction. Development is there for those who thrive in the model and your always empowered to do the right thing - weather that's for our customers or our people

Cons

We are getting bigger now - and with that there are moving parts. For me this theb turns into a positive but it can be very competitive in some office environments

- trusted to do work independently - teams are friendly and supportive - quick turnaround for requests - offices are great with lots of perks

Cons

- minimal onboarding/training to start - different systems to traditional professional services firms where most financial personnel would have trained (slack vs team etc)

Pros

great team, more flexibility than working in the field , get to my family more , i know how kraken works and feel confident

Cons

Working from home we don't get food allowance like if you was working in the field £5 a day, if you work in an office you get provided free food tea and coffee, home worker like myself don't get anything, but it' not really anything a problem it is just the only con i could think of haha
