      Nice people, food provided, travel provided, flexible working hours

      Cons

      Treated like a primary school kid giving out star of the week in assembly every week, culture can be cult-like sometimes, expected to work 'incentives' which are always just very underpaid overtime

      Great people to work with, company really cares about its customers, nice offices, don't micromanage you, treat you as people with individual needs, very supportive of LGBTQIA+ which makes it a great environment to work in

      Cons

      No healthcare benefits - a company this size, with a sister company that owns hospitals should be able to offer this Pay isn't always fair and depends on your direct manager to decide on. I am lucky, I have an amazing boss but I have a colleague who has asked her managers for a pay review for almost two years and hasn't been given the opportunity to receive one despite new people joining their team on higher salaries with no experience in that field. So it seems the pay structure is very unfair for some.

      If doing metering they don't tend to overwork you

      If asked to do any overtime and you say no you get the impression that they hold it against you.
