      Good perks but high pressure stats

      Pros

      People are lovely and very casual environment. Can earn pay increases by specialising in certain fields instead of doing a linear path. Development is very encouraged.

      Cons

      Stats focused and first 6 months probation can feel very overwhelming. Once you hit a year it’s much more manageable and becomes a lot easier.

      Mission-driven company with supportive culture

      Pros

      Purpose-led work accelerating the energy transition; supportive managers and collaborative teams; strong product-market fit that customers actually value; good training and onboarding; flexible working and modern sales tools.

      Cons

      Fast-paced change can feel relentless; ambitious targets during slower seasons; occasional weekend/evening events; internal systems can be glitchy; progression and commission structures could be clearer.

      Nice environment, but very limited progression

      Pros

      Friendly bunch of people and nice environment. Free food for breakfast and lunch.

      Cons

      Very limited progression here, they do not offer out promotions if you are doing well, you have to present to leadership why you deserve a small pay rise. Very rigid sales process which is set in stone and micro managed. Feedback from sales to leadership isn’t acted upon, and significant changes (such as weekend working or adjustments to commission) are often communicated with little notice. This got very frustrating. 1 female team leader, the rest male. In general, it is very difficult to get your voice heard as a woman here, it is extremely male dominated unfortunately. It feels like a sinking ship for the sales team a lot of the time, which creates a very negative workplace - leadership are fighting a losing battle when they are trying to 'boost morale' sometimes. Blasting music all day when everyone is on the phone is not a good solution.
