      Pros

      very forward thinking company with great attitudes towards looking after customers and staff alike . Focused on making an impactful difference in the energy industry and its approach to green and renewable energy. Brilliant modern approach towards training making it very inclusive, interesting and fun!

      Cons

      Long recruitment process but stick with it! It can feel like a lengthy process but it's worth it at the end, they really make an effort to employ people they think will be good at the role and are incredibly diverse and inclusive. In training they chuck you in at the deep end but you're never alone and they constantly stress and that mistakes are good as you can learn from them, they say "get stuck in as we can fix any problem" so don't be afraid!

      Pros

      So much support and an incredible company culture. I can balance my family life whilst still being apart of the working world with my flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Plenty to learn and keep up on top of as processes change frequently but if you prepared to put in the effort and hard work this is not a problem.
