Pros
The team is fantastic and inclusive; the most valuable pro in this company is the people. The culture and the work balance is terrific. No one will stress you, and you'll manage your workload based on your needs. The skills are essential, but the company also values how the people are, which created a fantastic group. A note: I've never seen so much transparency in a company. The ESOP it's wonderfully managed and straightforward.
Cons
It will take time to get familiar with the codebase; it's vast and complex as the business domain. But the company it's working a lot to make the experience better for new devs.
