      Pros

      -Very communicative and commited to fairness in hiring process. I felt a lot of effort was put into ensuring that diversity and inclusion was heavily promoted. -Got to meet a lot of staff over zoom which helped me get a good feel for how I'd fit in within the company. -Practice what they preach, no buzzwords only commitment to their ideals.

      Cons

      -Fairly long process, around 2 weeks.

      Pros

      Very thorough process with each step explained very well before hand. All the members of the recruitment team were extremely welcoming and friendly especially Tayla who helped me through the entire process! The discovery day was a definite highlight of the process and was a very enjoyable and positive assessment center experience :)

      Cons

      Unfortunately due to the current covid situation the discovery day was held on zoom and I occasionally had internet problems which caused some slight issues.
