This is a fantastic place to work – I can't see myself ever leaving because my role evolves all the time, I get a huge amount of trust to try new things, I feel genuinely proud every day of what this company does, and I get to work with awesome people who care about what they do.
Cons
Our CEO Greg talks about the culture of Octopus a lot on the company podcast and what he says is true: you get a huge amount of freedom and autonomy to work how you want, but that means you're given a lot of responsibility as well. It can be a lot of pressure, so make sure that's the kind of environment that will work for you.
