I am a new starter at Octopus, having just been given a job offer. I was throughly impressed by the company's ethics, the culture shone and the recruitment process was excellent. Olly at Instant impact was my first point of contact - he was incredibly helpful and supportive, clearly outlining what to expect and his tips only helped improve my application. The next step was an online discovery day, which gives you an excellent insight of the company and its values. I loved the way you were interviewed or had discussions with varied members of the Octopus team from the many different sites. Finally an on-site interview at the Manchester office, I found this enjoyable and was great to see the office space where I would be working and was given an honest account of what the role would entail to make sure I was happy with the position. From the overall experience, I couldn't be happier and more excited to be beginning my new role as an Energy Specialist!
