      Pros

      They have the motive to help go green with the help renewable energy supply. You get to work for a company who has expanded largely in the last few years which is commendable. They have been able to handle the energy crisis amazingly. At work or even during an interview, They see you for the person you are and are very friendly and approachable. The interviews are very interesting.

      Cons

      Growth in the company has been something that a lot of reviews have talked about however, I will not comment on that now. I would want to work and see it for myself.
