Octopus Energy have a brillant workforce of happy, enthusiastic employees who really helped take the pressure off during the Discovery Day. I believe that reflects very well of their recruitment agency, Instant Impact who have clearly done a fantastic job. I had one of the most positive recruitment experiences I've ever had from Mollie Cross. Her constant support and encouragement no doubt aided in my progression in all the interview stages, thanks Mollie!

Cons

The recruitment process was fairly long compared to most other company's which can be daunting and a little tiring for the candidates.

Mollie who recruited me was fantastic and kept in touch all through the process which was long and arduous but brilliant in its conception because it allowed Octopus to really get to know the candidates strengths and weaknesses and it allowed them to do this without preconceived notions of the candidates.
