      Pros

      I live in England for 20 years and I work for different employers but this is definitely THE BEST COMPANY!!!! . All the people on the Octopus Energy including Greg Jakson are the most amazing people really friendly and helpful, soon you walk in to the building you know everyone who works there is happy to be part of this team:)))

      Embraces autonomy. Not siloed in any particular problem areas. Easy for devs across different teams or territories to communicate with each other. Full remote working. Good software engineering practices.

      It's been about 7 months since I've been here. Nothing I have a problem with so far.
