Cons

Salary not inline with the amount of work and stress. Cultural bias against Tories, the monarchy, even though the ethos is supposed to be diverse and inclusive. Passive aggressive managers. Asking for feedback but not taking any of what is said onboard.

- Great culture: everyone is very helpful and professional, and people know their stuff. - Great benefits: work-from-home, equity grant, "unlimited holiday" (within reason) - Work that makes a difference: We all use electricity and Octopus is trying to make it greener, more affordable and a better overall experience.

Cons

- Average pay range - Very fast growing - everything changes quickly - A lot of the business is organised in the UK (about 10 hour time-difference), making communications a bit slow sometimes
